Amber is very professional, knows her product, the science behind hearing aids, and the science behind what causes hearing loss, the complications it can cause, and most importantly, how to fix it! Anytime I have had any questions about the hearing aids I purchased from her, or I needed them cleaned, checked, or repaired, she has always been extremely prompt. Amber is compassionate, never any high pressure to sell you a product and will do her best to meet your hearing deficit based on your budget. She is a wonderful person and I am proud to say she is more than my hearing aid provider, she is my friend and love her to death! Wonderful Christian Lady who walks the walk and not just talk the talk. She is the real deal!
